I got paid on the higher end but there is 0 culture, be prepared to be a very isolated IC in a remote environment. People have been here for 20+ years and operating under archaic systems/processes.

Amex GBT is not a sales focused organization. Less than 10% of the sales team achieves their OTE - most make less than half of incentive expectations.
