AP has great potential, unfortunately the region you are in plays a huge role in your experience. Nothing seems to be standardized and relies solely on you sales leader's experience. I think they need more standardization applied across regions, ensuring all AE's are getting the same experience/opportunity to thrive. I'm not sure that exists but it's needed at AP.

My overall experience was good. Took a long time to get up to speed in the employee benefits space, being a new producer was an awesome opportunity but there wasn't much leadership or help with creating and qualifying opportunities.
