Former Employee My overall experience was good, as I had 100% support from my Americas President and full ability to build a team & strategic plan so to execute with vigor within my territory (Canada only). I experienced explosive YoY growth during my leadership tenure as we grew existing tier 2 retail/etail & developed net new tier 1 mass merchant accounts. Aligned sales with products & marketing teams to ensure we were all moving in the same direction so not to get distracted. Good overall cohesion across all teams with my guidance to have everyone's sights set on the end goal.
