I enjoyed working for Aucto and was able to close some amazing deals. There is a great market for what they do, but things were not executed well the last few quarters. Despite closing millions, the team tasked with finding buyers struggled to sell the assets the sales team's clients wanted to sell with us. This ultimately lead to a huge layoff and getting terrible commission. I hope they are able to bounce back because I really did love my role.

There's a very high turnover rate for sales roles, with most AEs being let go in 3 to 9 months. According to more senior team members, nobody ever hit quota for several years. There are severe financial issues that lead to constant short-term hiring and firing of sales team members.
