Former Employee *I will caveat this by saying I've heard amazing things about the USA division, which operates in excellence as a Silo. this review applies to Europe, India & Middle East.
Good base. Some good managers who really know their stuff. Outside of that bubble the organisation is awful. Power politics, ass kissing, no collaboration whatsoever outside of your team. Product is dreadful.
Sales motion is even worse. Nobody knows how to cold call so you better figure it out yourself. Don't expect any sales training other than a bland list of feature dumping slide decks. All the sales teams in India & Middle East live off inbounds so they have no idea how to run demos that require an actual discussion. They will refuse to let you run demos, or learn the platform or even have access to their calendar to book meetings in, God knows why.
Just stay away at all costs.
