Have so much belief in this company. Hope to be here a long time. Sales is still finding its place internally at Palantir. The general sentiment is “win on outcomes with engineering, not sales.” Hope to see that change to just “win on outcomes.”

Fucking horrible. I quit on my own accord after it became clear Sales ops and leadership were actively acting in bad faith against sellers, both by fucking up account ownership & later by the worst commission structure known in the industry, as well as paltry base pay that would get laughed off any other company.
