Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Positive. The company is still in its start up stage. The product makes sense once market gets educated. The company could embrace more of the American way of running things as far as going fully remote for certain positions. The office is full so it’s challenging finding a quiet place to make calls. They should ditch expense reimbursement and go to corporate cards. When meeting clients, and prospecting, they last thing you want to worry about having enough money to take your client out. One of the great things is you’re allowed to experiment with different methods when it comes to getting business. When you have success, they definitely celebrate! When you have failures, they definitely encourage you to move forward. Tons of transparency. No corporate “fluff” with is great!
