Former Employee Horrible company to work for, but they do pay well if you can manage to not get fired. I was there for less than 70 days before they put the entire team I trained with(26+) on PINs and PIPs for not hitting metrics. Despite all of our directors constantly telling us that they don't pay for leads in December, and that it's the slow season but picks back up in January(when they begin to buy leads again). Statistically, it was impossible to pass as we only got about 5 leads per WEEK after thanksgiving, all of which either didn't qualify at all, or were mislead by ads.
You're constantly told that you will be fired, even in training(which 4 were in the first 3 weeks of training) and there is absolutely no grace at any point. Support is very weak, and when I was there, my manager was out for 1-2 days per week(in addition to her days off).
The initial training IS very good, and they have many talented trainers there, but unfortunately they fall flat after that. You're on your own, and if you don't deliver ASAP, you're canned. Of my class of 26, only 4 are left.
