Very good crash course in sales. Pick up the phone and dial but in my time, excellent leadership and strategising with account management via enterprise. It may be different now.

Craziest close rates I've ever seen (some segments close at a 45-50% rate, some quarters I've seen AEs close 60% of their opportunities) People are kind across the business. Market and buyer persona is very immature. Industry is on the whole tech-averse and avoidant of change (yes, more so than other industries)
