Current Employee The product is strong and has real potential, which makes it exciting to sell. The company is growing quickly, and there’s a lot of opportunity for those who are self-motivated and adaptable. People who take initiative, learn on their own, and aren’t afraid to try new approaches tend to do well.
That said, the pace is extremely fast, and internal support hasn’t fully caught up. There are very few formal development or training opportunities, it’s mostly up to you to seek mentorship or figure things out. Leadership listens to feedback, but they have ambitious goals and things change constantly. It can sometimes feel chaotic. It’s a good fit if you’re comfortable with ambiguity and can thrive without a lot of structure, even better if you're the type to take initiative and create collateral or find ways to improve day to day for the whole team.
