My overall experience was great! Pegasystems is very supportive and nurturing to its people but below industry average in compensation. Pega has the best technology in the world. it's business strategy is solid. it's internal business operations could use some optimization for speed and agility

Incentive packages have been reduced to lower the cost of sales, but it would have been better to limit the amount of people who benefit from a single deal instead.
