Former Employee Strongly recommend you avoid this company as you will get burnt out for crumbs.
The sales organisation is very immature and management seems far more than incompetent to fix it. Worst is they don't want to be held accountable, as a rep they will make sure you will be though!
Some managers are morally violent, expect to be talked to with a lack of professional tenure and disrespect, compared to colleagues and belittled during your 1-1s.
The organisation constantly brags about their low turnover rate, but burnout is omnipresent, the pay is low.
Forget any path forward and transparency regarding your career evolution. Management makes it very clear that your results alone won't be enough to trigger any promotions, however your relationships will.
Absolute clowns!
