Current Employee Broadcom has destroyed the culture and trust created by VMware. Glad to be a shareholder as well as a former employee, but I really question the long term success of VCF after the first renewal cycle is complete and customers assertively look to other technology providers in order to escape the unhealthy business relationship.
Right now, Broadcom is simply focused on capitalizing on re-valuing renewals at a premium, knowing that large install base customers simply don't have the runway or risk-tolerance to pivot in the short amount of time in advance of a contract renewal. That makes it hard to truly respond to customer needs and ethically focus on business outcomes. The culture is shameful and toxic. Browse Other Reviews
