Overall, my experience was a positive one of growth continuously working around some of the brightest engineers, architects and minds in tech. A stretch, but solid opportunity to meet goal. The major caveat as a legacy VMware employee being that we were tasked with delivering a very tough message of requiring a minimum of 3x to previous contracts in order to run the Broadcom play and achieve our sales goals. All while trimming from 10k+ VMware SKU’s down to a handful.

Leadership from Hock down is probably the worst in the industry, kill or be killed, align to Hock 100% or leave; customers are there to pay you money.

not well, they didnt really train you or give opportunities for growth. It is cutthroat with little direction and use RSU's to make it seem like a great place. In reality, it is simply not.
