Lack of vision from leadership and not listening to customers to make changes on digital products. Not adapting to changing demands and no leadership have sales backgrounds

Not bad, good leadership and team is nice. Sometimes it feels like our team is forgotten about, and it is increasingly difficult with all of the changes they've been making to our overall sales process. Interesting to see the vision play out, but it's one I'm concerned with at times.
