CharterUP boasts a unique offering with plenty of upward mobility. What they don't tell you is they constantly move the goal posts and your timer resets each time they do. Lots of snakes at CharterUP. You must be good at keeping track of your deals for deal ownership purposes or they will get stolen from you. Huge lack of support. Inbound calls have dropped significantly and there are on average 50+ calls not helped for Live Trips - yet there are no postings for hiring Support, only more sales reps.

Terrible CEO, has absolutely no idea how to run a company. Seems like he just picked his executive team because they were friends. Management isn't any better as they have no idea how to lead a team or sales org. Stay far away!

Decent job with decent pay. Fully remote is always a plus. Like any small company hard word is expected, which is not a problem. What is a problem is the constant gaslighting from management and complete lack of training to enhance your skills. Little not no room for progression.
