The company lacks heavily on diversity and inclusion. Leadership lacks tremendously and metrics are uniquely outdated across all segments. Would not recommend it.

Checkr is aspirational and striving. However, frequent internal changes create challenges in consistency and stability. Compensation was competitive, though variable pay could be unpredictable. A learning experience, but not without frustrations.
