This company has been all over the place since I started. They promised we would make money, hasn't happened. They turned off new leads and expect us to perform to their metrics with old ones. Multiple people even upper MGMT have resigned. They seem to have no direction. Goals are unrealistic for what they provide. Absolutely no training compared to most sales jobs.

Cloud Store puts no value in developing or supporting their reps, its either sink or swim with a service that is very unnecessary and hard for the customer to justify spending hundreds, and many times thousands more just to use. The software has promise, but the main economic engine is the brokerage, which is broken due to poor leadership and support.
