PROS - 6-month guaranteed commission when hired - Attainable targets - Good health insurance/401k - Company boasts no lay offs, good job security CONS - No promotional opportunity - No job training - Not a future proof industry - Top performers experience drastic quota increases while low performing reps experience low/no quota increases - Territories are terribly imbalanced - Veteran reps who have been with the company 10+ years have secured best territories - Company culture is toxic towards sales org, Sales is lowest rung in the company hierarchy - You will lose deals/clients due to operations / fulfillment issues Great fit if you are a mediocre sales rep that wants job security. If you're traditionally a high performer, look elsewhere. Company wants all sales reps to hit their goals so high performers have to sell more to balance out low performers instead of just hiring better reps. New CEO shows a lot of promise and could turn the company culture around and optimize workflows, but it's going to take a lot of work and time to turn things around.
