I’d recommend waiting a while before taking an opportunity here… see if they can sort their s*#! out and hopefully the board realizes they need a new CEO, yesterday. Lot of talent internally, but it’ll be wasted as a career stepping stone for most unless major changes happen quickly. BTW, the attainment number on here is such a lie, probably about 4x the reality (if that)

EPD team is amazing, they care a lot about improving the product and having customer feedback. Sales leadership is pretty green, with that comes a lot of micro-mangement and unfortunately quick to fire. A bit of unrealistic expectations for the sales team. Please take this review as a word of caution, somehow many previous AEs have not reviewed on repvue. This company hasn’t through & AEs in the last 12 months, each AE only lasting around <2-5 months.
