New sales leadership is making some positive impacts. But, most AEs aren’t hitting quota, turnover is rampant, people are burnt out and the CEO is a tyrant. Will berate people publicly, threaten to fire people for unexplainable reasons, will reassign in flight opps to other AE, and abuses her position of power.

I’d recommend waiting a while before taking an opportunity here… see if they can sort their s*#! out and hopefully the board realizes they need a new CEO, yesterday. Lot of talent internally, but it’ll be wasted as a career stepping stone for most unless major changes happen quickly.
