Current Employee Poor leadership with too many layers for the size of the team, excessive micro-management. The CEO berates AEs daily, creating a toxic environment. Expect to work late nights and weekends every week. While there’s market interest, the product isn’t there yet, and POCs/pilots rarely convert. The company frequently shifts focus between Commercial and Enterprise, causing confusion and wasted effort. High attrition at every level, from leadership down, with the most tenured rep only having been here a year. Anyone who has been here more than 6 months is completely burned out.
