Former Employee Product market fit exists in the education side of the business, but corporate/enterprise, not a chance. Leadership wanted enterprise logos but weren't willing to do the leg work to understand where we fit the market best and the personas we can best support.
It literally was throwing a bunch of crap against the wall and seeing/ hoping things stick.
Leadership is also lacking massively. A head of sales that does nothing except worry about optics, offers no strategic guidance, a lost SDR team that has no direction, and effectively try to turn the team against each other not to mention the constant lies that come out of the mouth.
Its unfortunate since they do have potential in education, but is currently being run by a bunch of BS artists that are more worried about appearances than actual execution.
