I was compensated well and everyone was nice to work with. The biggest drawback was that the CEO was capricious, you never really knew if you were on his good side. There was essentially zero training, but that comes with the territory of a startup. It also doesn't seem like the product is as relevant anymore and there is a lot of competition.
