This is not a sales first organization. New leadership brought in but sidelined to help team. Clawbacks are applied if customer cancels or churns, regardless of whether or not it was an issue with the sales team.

My overall experience with Craftable has been great! The company does have some growing pains but that's indicative of a smaller company that's really trying to find it's identity.

My overall experience here was that they wanted us to sell upmarket BUT no one was actually focused on that upmarket target, which led to a LOT of spinning my wheels.
