No COLA for high income areas - reps have been asking for it for years. Same base pay in Tuscon AZ as San Francisco. CFO recently left and noticed a lot of budget cuts in the last year. Reps used to be hired on with more sales experience now it’s mostly fresh grads with MAYBE an internship. During my time at CT multiple reps left prior to their $10k/18month sign on bonus as well as multiple reps who have been here for years - not a good sign. BUT the work life balance is great, pediatricians are awesome clients and free company car is nice

Good starter company to get into med device. Base is very low for med device. Comp plan is based off % to goal that’s set by leadership but they don’t tell you how they got there. Goals are sent out halfway through the month (not joking). Good product fit - doctors and nurses like the product and the clinics generally.
