I was one of the few who had a positive experience with my 5 years as an expert with Curated. It was up to me to create 90% of the customer experience and that's where I found I was able to set myself apart in my success. I worked my butt off but was rewarded with a loyal book of business that produced amazing results. I'm sad to see it go, as are my customers. There were inherent flaws that proved nearly impossible to overcome in the long run, but we still created an amazing service that left its mark on the industry.

The remote sales associate was a 1099 role and it didn't have any base. The upside was that it was completely flexible. Lots of folks used it as a side-hustle along with their other gig. They changed the structure for commission and payout this year. Stay away. Horrible compensation no incentive to work, as a part time job this used to be worthwhile. Really unfortunate
