Current Employee This company is based out of Denmark. York mostly with big companies that deal in construction vehicles, agricultural vehicles, and some industrial machining. They manufacture hydraulic parts and sell them to OEM customers And distributors.
The biggest challenge here is that there is no company culture of everyone on the same team. Many of the leaders are in it for themselves so there’s no help that you get when it’s needed.
They also pushed diversity and inclusion too much that it ends up being counterproductive
