Former Employee At my last job, there was zero marketing effort, and the CRM was a chaotic mess filled with useless data. The outdated management style reflected leadership stuck in the past, with processes that demonstrated exactly what not to do in today’s business environment. The CEO was a power-hungry dictator, completely disconnected from the product and apathetic toward employees’ well-being. The turnover rate was astonishing—new hires quit before you could even learn their names. The commission structure constantly changed without notice, and it was the CEO’s way or the highway. It was an environment I couldn’t recommend to anyone.
