Former Employee Their Product offering is good - Has the potential to be great. Hamstrung by lack of talent and staff in product development team. New launches for their platform tend to get in beta and alpha phase testing. Product Roadmap launches are never on time and often 4-9 months behind.
COO Tasos Angelopoulos is arguably the smartest and kindest executive. He is the most in tune with the front lines and people in the trenches and the most approachable executive.
Middle Management/Sales Leadership is poor and lacks experience in managing a team. Very reactive than proactive. Tends to make reactive plans without a robust plan for execution which can cause friction among leadership and sales executives. Directors are even behind in hearing or understanding directives from VP Sales leadership.
Professional development is almost non existent.
Easy place to make a good base and make good money with out a lot of effort. Dont expect much more beyond that for career development.
