Current Employee This is a great company with great people. Very little turnover. The culture is fantastic and people tend to stay a long time. The pay structure could be better, but its low ticket software sales. Highest paid AE's are making approx $150-$180k - Highest paid AM's are making a little less than that. That's the ceiling. No possible way to break past that regardless of time/effort.
