Current Employee Dotloop has fallen far behind the competition when it comes to their product. It has had little innovation since its inception over 10 years ago and leadership shows little interest in improving it. This makes selling the product, of course, more than a small challenge.
To make things worse, the real estate industry generally receives free software that is similar or equivalent from their association, so you are competing against free. All told, it is only the tenured employees with an established book of business that succeed here. If you are new, you have an uphill battle ahead.
