If you perform well you can earn well. However, Dynata is private equity owned and everything is about the US. When things did not go well in the US - and went very well in the EU - we still could not get promotions etc. because of the situation in US. Culture is work hard, play hard and that was great. Until a lot of people left and the culture shifted as well.

Toxic culture. Leadership wanted to purchase competitors but lack vision and know how when implementing purchased companies in to the current tech stack or product offering. This resulted in loads of debt. They can't get out of their own way.
