Toxic culture. Leadership wanted to purchase competitors but lack vision and know how when implementing purchased companies in to the current tech stack or product offering. This resulted in loads of debt. They can't get out of their own way.

Horrible executive and mid level leadership. The absolute worse compensation and it keeps getting worse annually. Outsourcing jobs constantly to incompetent and incapable people. They work everyone like we are in the 1500s. The worst part of it is that it’s a result of years of taking equity out of the company and borrowing.
