Horrible executive and mid level leadership. The absolute worse compensation and it keeps getting worse annually. Outsourcing jobs constantly to incompetent and incapable people. They work everyone like we are in the 1500s. The worst part of it is that it’s a result of years of taking equity out of the company and borrowing. To the result of almost going bankrupt. It’s a sinking ship with no future.

The company was in a point of transition. Fair place to learn the industry, amazing level of autonomy- but simply not competitively advantaged.
