Former Employee EAB is well known in its market and makes selling easier. That said, the base is super low and everyone gets paid the same for “equity” regardless of background or experience. You have opportunities for growth through LinkedIn courses and internal internships but truly it’s a long process and you could be earning more elsewhere instead of career pathing internally.
