My overall experience was meh. Very little training and support from the start. Manager in seat was in another country and couldn’t fully support the team. First coming in it was a startup feel and had to wear many hats while at the org. This org seems like the perfect place to be however it’s very cutthroat and they’ll find any reason to let you go even if you haven’t fully ramped up. Culture was okay but could’ve been improved. Only good thing from this place was the camaraderie with fellow SDRs.

Fantastic place to work. You will be supported, trained, coached. The product has solid product-market fit and is needed, with little to no competition. Great inclusive culture. Highly recommend!

Management has really gone downhill over the last year or so. Upper management makes promises they don't deliver on. They take advantage of internal hires being promoted into management with the base salary being extremely below industry standards.
