My overall sales experience was great, it was a high-energy, fast-paced culture with a young, high performing team. The sales team has continued to grow and the product is liked by clients (but needs development). The company is private equity backed (US) and is slowly expanding abroad, to US first. Challenges include a lack of leadership training amongst middle management.

My overall experience was meh. Very little training and support from the start. Manager in seat was in another country and couldn’t fully support the team. Management has really gone downhill over the last year or so. Upper management makes promises they don't deliver on. They take advantage of internal hires being promoted into management with the base salary being extremely below industry standards.
