Former Employee US Team does not have any leadership currently that have ever sold the product in any large sum. They were given the job after 2 months and had not worked in the sales role long enough to actually do the job he is in charge of. They need to open their eyes for realistic feedback even if it is critical and learn from the team who is actually working and selling these deals. Horrible experience from top to bottom and everyone is out for themselves. Good product but not leadership or constructive conversations that lead to good outcome. Leadership from top of the company in Germany has no idea what SaaS is or how to sell in this market. Totally out of the game and will not listen to the people in the trenches. Need to clean out from the top down. Bottom level sales team is very good. Need leadership to get out of the way or bring in ones who know what they are talking about.
