It is early in my tenure but I have found a rocket ship. They are pouring money into scaling US sales and operations and now is the time to be here. Big deals, big commissions, low quotas, great support, heavy market demand, and a best in class product.

US Team does not have any leadership currently that have ever sold the product in any large sum. They were given the job after 2 months and had not worked in the sales role long enough to actually do the job he is in charge of.
