Leadership really puts you into positions to succeed, and the product works very well while continually improving. Only negative I can say is the role is a little cutthroat when it relates to bottom line performance

Its a start up within a startup so there is constant change with comp and quota every month. Base is decent but our commission is capped

Company treats employees like a revolving door. Toxic sales, bro work culture. Absolutely zero work life balance. Terrible training and development. Coworkers are amazing. Leadership and upper management are awful, minus a very small few. There is a lot more that can be said, but to sum it up - Do. Not. Work. Here. You will regret it.
