Current Employee The experience at Engine is intense. You need to make 65–80 dials a day to be successful. There’s no inbound flow — you're fully responsible for generating your own opportunities and running the entire sales cycle from cold call to close.
If you don’t hit quota within your first couple months, you’ll likely be let go. The turnover is high, and job security is minimal, so the pressure is constant.
That said, the product is solid — no cost, no contracts — which definitely helps. If you're willing to show up and put in the work every single day, it’s manageable. But if you’re not ready to grind consistently, this probably isn’t the right place for you. Browse Other Reviews
