Throughout my time here, it's been exhausting to say the least. The expectations in a market that is barely wanting to spend and inflation is affecting pricing is not realistic. I've had multiple colleagues quit from burn out and mental health reasons because of the pressures put on their employees and the lack of work life balances. It's not for everyone to say the least.

Hotel Engine was a high-pressure, micromanaged environment with a revolving door of employees and constant gaslighting. If you've ever worked in a good workplace, this will feel like hell.
