My overall experience was poor from the start. The organization micromanages its reps and treats all levels of sellers as new SDRs just learning to sell. There is no autonomy of style - you are expected to sell the Hotel Engine way to be considered successful, otherwise you will not be given the same praise and attention from leadership. The culture has no room for error and lacks human touch.

Hotel Engine was a high-pressure, micromanaged environment with a revolving door of employees and constant gaslighting. If you've ever worked in a good workplace, this will feel like hell.

Solid product. Awesome culture. Tough targets. Leadership is great, and the team is hungry as well. Only the strongest will enjoy their time here bc they make it. Most others cannot from what I experienced. You’ll progress at HE more than any other role you will entertain. That I can guarantee.
