Directors of Business Development do their best to create a culture that values employees and the work we do. However, base compensation and incentive plans are the worst in the market. Most reps at other agencies are making what the managers at Enhabit make. Merit raises with annual evaluations are not available to area manager reps, and your compensation as a manager is solely based on how your branches do instead of how your sales team performs.

Home health in DFW is over saturated. Enhabit is a large but average company. The base salary is decent but most reps do not bonus and they have ridiculous admit goals, are always changing the credited points, and comp plan.

Terrible!!!! Stay away from this company for sales. Set up to fail, PIP on month one.

My experience was that before the change from Encompass to Enhabit, it was a great place to grow. Now the leadership is anti-sales. Did away with sales leadership and put it under Ops. Bad place to work for sales. Bonus structure is super low and unobtainable
