Terrible!!!! Stay away from this company for sales. Set up to fail, PIP on month one.

My experience was that before the change from Encompass to Enhabit, it was a great place to grow. Now the leadership is anti-sales. Did away with sales leadership and put it under Ops. Bad place to work for sales. Bonus structure is super low and unobtainable

Directors of Business Development do their best to create a culture that values employees and the work we do. However, base compensation and incentive plans are the worst in the market.
