Current Employee Overall, EquipmentShare is one of the best companies out there if you're looking for gamechanging offerings for the overall construciton market (including technology).
Lot's of needs in the department of "where in the world are we headed as a company" as well as the consistent founders syndrome.
Tons of qualified leaders, in leadership positions, not truly given the autonomy to make change. (lots of perception surrounding autonomy, but lots of red tape when it comes to taking action).
A lot of us-vs-them mentality. Lack of communication and transparency across the org.
Overall, though, great culture, great people, plenty of work to be done, and they are on the cusp of changing the industry.
