Great company with amazing technology and great brands. A dominant player in the eye care space. Went through a merger/integration 2016-2022 where the Italians took over. They have an extremely centralized management process. Literally EVERYTHING must be approved by someone in Italy. It’s bizarre. You can have a great life but you’ll never “kill it” as in make $300k+ like in other sales roles like SaaS or med device.

Great Experience for someone breaking into medical device/B2B sales. Base pay is decent starting out but the longer you're there, you notice that new employees are paid at a higher rate to keep up with the market and current employees receive the typical 3% raise.
