Current Employee The organization does a great job of listening to ideas and is open to change but also can’t decide which direction we should go to drive growth. They used to reward and compensate reps fairly but have made drastic changes in the last 12-18 months that show disorganized accounting and indecision on if they find the sales team to be valuable. As a result the sales of our company have declined and so have the yearly earnings of its reps. Browse Other Reviews
