Great place to work. Yes the base is 30k but you can get promoted to “Senior AE” and get 50k base. I would say every AE makes 100k+ in their 2nd year. I made 220k last year and am in the top 15%.

Great compensation and benefits package. 50% 401K match, the base pay is low compared to other SDR roles. Doesn’t feel like upper management at times are supportive or know what their are doing. Very much a clicky type role if you know how to play the game.

It's a purely cold calling role as an account executive, utilizing leads provided from an entirely separate marketing team. There is no prospecting, just smiling and dialing.
