Overall it’s a good company to work for with good long term opportunity. Upper management wants to see their people happy. Offers a unique solution but double the cost to basic competitors. Long ramp period.

Good incentives. A lot of growing pains, all with good intentions. Product market fit is high, as is the cost of the product, which makes for a complex sale for enterprise accounts. Competitive landscape is growing.
